6. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged based on serviceability

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Share clear images or videos for verification

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process
